CERAMIC TECHNICIAN (P/T) - MARLOW
At our soon-to-open store in Marlow, our part time technicians take responsibility for the pottery studio spaces and equipment. You will ensure the studio is excellently presented, adequately stocked with materials, that members and students have everything they need, including potters booked in to run the classes.
Above all, you will ensure members and students are happy, comfortable and come away loving their studio experience.

SHOP MANAGER & ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER - MARLOW
You will help develop and refine the pottery shop prototype to maximise customer satisfaction, efficiency, staff motivation, shop presentation and profitability. Your day-to-day focus will be on sales of pottery products, classes and memberships.
Your team will exude expertise, productivity, high standards and achievement of the company goals and values, and you will attract and retain dynamic, effective, and happy staff.
POTTERY TUTOR (P/T) - MARLOW
We are looking for local ceramic tutors to join our team of potters who will be running classes to our lovely customers.
Classes will be between 2 and 3 hours long. Subject to availability, there will be slots for weekend and weekday classes, both evening and weekend. We will also have courses that run weekly over 4-8 weeks.
There will be a range of pottery skills and themes offered, including hand building and wheel throwing, to suit different ages and levels.
You will be self employed and paid an hourly rate for the classes that you can run. Do get in touch with any questions you may have!
SHOP ASSISTANT (P/T) - MARLOW
Working as part of this busy retail and sales department in Marlow, you will report to the Shop Manager and work between 8 and 15 hours per week on a rota system.
As part time shop assistant, you will ensure the shop is excellently presented and stocked, and that customers’ needs are met, and all enquiries are answered helpfully and professionally.
