Elly's interest in ceramics began when she took an evening class in pottery aged 17. She then went on to gain a degree and a Masters in ceramics. Elly now works from her garden studio where she makes ceramics from a range of different clays, exploring the beauty of everyday patterns and textures that we don't always notice in everyday life.
