  • Minimum membership 3 months but you can switch between membership types
  • Maximum class size Rear studio up to 7 (with 2 pottery wheels) 

    Main studio up to 16 (with 6 wheels)

  • Experience required Beginner or amateur – Starter membership

  • Mask (optional)
  • Clothes that you don’t mind getting dusty and dirty
  • Flat shoes/trainers, no open toe shoes
  • You will need to remove your rings so you may wish to leave these at home
  • Hair tied back
  • Sensible length nails if you are going on the pottery wheel
  • Something to make fun or pretty textures in the clay (optional)
  • Please be punctual for the class and arrive 10 minutes in advance of the start time.
  • Coffee and tea making facilities for refreshment breaks

  • Toilets are just large enough for clothes changing if required
  • Storage space provided for pottery and must be taken away following final firing
  • Reasonable use of white stoneware clay, in-house glazes and firings. \
  • Facilities include work benches and stools, aprons, variety of tools, potters’ wheels (subject to availability), wedging station, slab roller, sinks and cleaning equipment, reclaim area.
